Book Tee Times in Japan
This is a 6-night, 7-day trip with check-in on Sunday, October 4, 2026, and check-out on Saturday, October 10.
All stays include breakfast and are in single rooms.
There will be four rounds of golf on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.

The following fees are included:
Accommodation: Includes 6 nights in a single room at the Richmond Hotel Narita, with breakfast, from check-in on Sunday, October 4, 2026, through check-out on Saturday, October 10.
Dinner is not included.
Includes green fees for four golf courses.
Includes lunch at each course up to 3,000 yen; any amount exceeding 3,000 yen will be at your own expense.
Golf play is self-play without a caddie.
You will play on your own using a golf cart.
Includes a one-coin fee for the driving range before your round.
There is an additional charge for golf club rentals.
Includes round-trip transportation between the hotel and the golf courses for four days.
Please note that reservations are limited to groups of 4 to 8 people.
For groups of 5, 6, or 7 people, a surcharge will apply, and we will charge the additional fee.
In this case, golf rounds are scheduled for Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday following a Sunday check-in.
Includes accommodation, golf green fees, lunch, driving range practice fees,
and transportation between the hotel and the golf course for each round.
However, for the 4-round option, Wednesday (mid-week) is designated as a free day with no golf round.
The 4 rounds of golf will be played on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
Please note that weekend stays are not possible, and weekend golf rounds are not included.

Cancellation policies are the same as those for the above package rates.
For golf rounds on specific dates, tee times may not be available if booked only one month in advance. Please inquire at least three months in advance.
Finally, please note that in Japan, golf play cannot be canceled even on rainy days.
Support:
I will personally assist with check-in and check-out at each golf course.
I will take full responsibility for settling all fees on behalf of the entire group.
However, the golf course will charge an additional fee individually if you order a lunch menu priced at 3,000 yen or more.
Please settle any purchases made at the pro shop on your own.
There is no transportation provided between the hotel and the golf course, so you will need to take a chartered taxi at the designated time.
I will take full responsibility for settling the hotel accommodation fees in advance; however, I will only cover the cost of accommodation that includes breakfast. Please settle your own dinner expenses and other charges.
Payment:
Please transfer half of the participation fee via PayPal at least one month prior to the day of play.

Here are my top 6 recommended golf courses near the Richmond Hotel Narita.
Of these, Wednesdays are reserved for free play (A day without a round of golf), while Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday are set aside for four rounds of golf.
I've selected these five courses in case you're unable to secure a tee time.
All of these courses are excellent, so I highly recommend giving them a try.

Cancelation Policy for the Total Tour Fee:
Cancelation fees are as follows:
14 days before your stay date: 20% (Percent) of the Single Participant Fee
7 days before your stay date: 50% (Percent) of the Single Participant Fee
3 days before or on the day of your stay date: 100% (Percent) of the Single Participant Fee
We do not accept individual cancellation refunds for accommodation, green fees, or transportation.
In Japan, cancelation is not permitted even on rainy days.
Please avoid cancelation whenever possible.
Please note that no cancellation fees will be charged in the event of flight cancellations.
Please also note that we cannot refund accommodation costs incurred after arrival in Japan or applicable golf course green fees.
Refunds are also unavailable for cancellations due to circumstances beyond your control.
For example, this includes non-participation in the tour due to your flight cancellation or delay, non-participation due to last-minute transportation issues, etc.?
Additionally, when participating in the tour, please ensure you have separate medical and accident insurance coverage.
Please note that we do not refund cancellation fees even in the event of a flight cancellation.
Please also note that we cannot refund accommodation costs incurred after your arrival in Japan or golf course green fees to the applicable individuals.
Refunds are also not available for cancellations due to reasons beyond your control.
For example, this includes non-participation in the tour due to flight cancellations or delays, or due to last-minute transportation issues. Please note that when participating in the tour, we ask that you purchase your own medical and accident insurance.
Payment must be made via PayPal transfer for the full package fee.
Payment must be made at least 30 days before your stay date.
(Please pay the full amount for all participants at the time of booking.
In the event of a cancellation, we will cancel all reservations (accommodations, golf course, and transportation arrangements) as soon as we receive your cancellation notice via email.
Please note that PayPal fees may be deducted from any refunds.)

This is the day you check out of the hotel and depart Japan.
