4 nights, 3 rounds of golf around Narita

Everything has been arranged, and we’ve set a very reasonable package price. We are recruiting participants.

Check-in on May 12th, checkout on May 16th, with 3 rounds of golf starting on the 13th.

 

Per person participation fee: 258,000 yen

The fee includes green fees at three golf courses,

4 nights’ accommodation at Richmond Hotel Narita,

And transportation between the hotel and golf courses for 3 days.

Stay Dates: 4 nights/5 days from Tuesday, May 12, 2026 (check-in) to Saturday, May 16 (check-out)

Golf rounds will be played on the 14th, 15th, and 16th (the day after arrival).

We plan to play rounds at the above golf courses.

However, if tee times cannot be secured, we will arrange alternative good courses.

The price includes transportation from Richmond Hotel Narita to each golf course for all three days.

The golf play style is self-play using a cart without a caddy.

 

Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

The number of participants is limited to 4 to 8 people.

Applications for 1 to 3 people cannot be accepted.

The fee is per person and includes the following items:

 

* Accommodation fees during the period, including breakfast.

(Dinner costs are not included)

* Golf course green fees, lunch, and one coin’s worth of practice balls at the driving range.

(Note: If lunch during the golf round costs over 3,000 yen per person,

additional charges will apply for golf balls or accessories purchased individually at the club pro shop.)

Additionally, for groups of 5, 6, or 7 participants, a green fee surcharge will be applied and billed separately.

* My commission fee

Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until April 10, 2026.

After applying, please also provide your flight details.

 

Cancellation Policy and Payment Methods for Tour Fees

 

Each golf course has dedicated support staff, and the responsible party will handle all fee settlements. This is because golf courses alone cannot process advance payments.

The full participation fee must be paid via PayPal at least one month before your hotel check-in date.

Please note that the accommodation fee includes breakfast but does not cover your dinner expenses. If you choose to have dinner or other meals separately at the hotel or elsewhere, these must be settled individually.

Please rest assured that all transportation fees from the hotel to each golf course will also be paid in advance.

Transportation will be provided via a 10-passenger Toyota Hiace Wagon Type.

 

There is no complimentary airport transfer service to the hotel.

Please make your own way from Narita Airport to Richmond Hotel Narita.

For transportation to the airport on your checkout day, please use the hotel’s complimentary shuttle bus.

Cancellation Policy for the Total Tour Fee:

 

Payment must be made at least 30 days before your stay date.

Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, so please apply early.

Payment must be made via PayPal transfer for the full package fee.

Cancellation fees are as follows:

14 days before your stay date: 20% (Percent) of the Single Participant Fee

7 days before your stay date: 50% (Percent) of the Single Participant Fee

3 days before or on the day of your stay date: 100% (Percent) of the Single Participant Fee

Please avoid cancellations whenever possible.

 

Please note that no cancellation fees will be charged in the event of flight cancellations.

Please also note that we cannot refund accommodation costs incurred after arrival in Japan or applicable golf course green fees.

Refunds are also unavailable for cancellations due to circumstances beyond your control.

For example, this includes non-participation in the tour due to your flight cancellation or delay, non-participation due to last-minute transportation issues, etc. 

Additionally, when participating in the tour, please ensure you have separate medical and accident insurance coverage.

 

The group size is limited to 4 to 8 people; we cannot accept groups of 1 to 3 people.

The per-person fee includes accommodation for the entire period, golf course green fees, and round-trip transportation from the hotel.

Each golf course's driving range fee includes one coin (typically 25 to 30 balls).

Lunch at the golf course is also included up to 3,000 yen.

Accommodation fees and transportation costs from the hotel to the golf course are also included.

A representative will accompany you to the golf course and settle all charges.

However, if lunch costs exceed 3,000 yen or if you make individual purchases at the golf course pro shop, I will collect these amounts separately at a later date.

(Please note that the following charges will be collected individually on the final day of the tour:

Lunch costs exceeding 3,000 yen per person during the golf round's lunch break,

Individual purchases of golf balls or accessories at the club pro shop,

Dinner costs at hotels or other venues are not included.)

 

Please also note that cancellation fees will apply for force majeure circumstances beyond the participant's control.

For example, non-participation in the tour due to your flight cancellation or delay, non-participation due to last-minute transportation issues, etc. Furthermore, when participating in the tour, please ensure you have individual medical and accident insurance coverage.

Please note that the tour fee paid is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Additionally, please understand in advance that we cannot accept any liability for damages related to this matter.

We are currently accepting applications for golf tours from May 17 to June 20, 2026.

Choose either a 3-night, 2-round golf tour or a 6-night, 4-round golf tour. We will arrange tee times at the Good Courses golf courses around Narita.Accommodations are planned at the Richmond Hotel Narita.

 

* 3 Nights / 4 Days / 2 Rounds of Golf

Per person fee: 176,000 yen

Includes 3 nights' accommodation, 2 rounds of golf (Green Fees and lunch included), driving range practice fees, 

and 2 days of hotel-to-golf course transfers.

 

*Note: Stays on Saturdays or the eve of Japanese holidays are not accepted.

Golf rounds are limited to weekdays only. Rounds are not available on weekends (Saturday/Sunday).

 

*4 Nights, 3 Rounds

Per person fee: 258,000 yen

 

*6 Nights, 7 Days, 4 Rounds of Golf

Per Person Fee: 356,000 yen

In this case, golf rounds are scheduled for Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday following a Sunday check-in.

 

Includes accommodation, golf green fees, lunch, driving range practice fees,

and transportation between the hotel and the golf course for each round.

However, for the 4-round option, Wednesday (mid-week) is designated as a free day with no golf round.

The 4 rounds of golf will be played on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Please note that weekend stays are not possible, and weekend golf rounds are not included.

Cancellation policies are the same as those for the above package rates.

For golf rounds on specific dates, tee times may not be available if booked only one month in advance. Please inquire at least three months in advance.

Finally, please note that in Japan, golf play cannot be canceled even on rainy days.
